After using rockstar for about 4 years, I honestly feel like the power chord isn’t really reliable, in fact I forget that it’s even a attack, ever since rockstar got nerfed I never really used the power chord despite it being my main rocket. Before it was nerfed the power chord would ragdoll people a lot further and you could even ragdoll your teammates which was honestly pretty fun to use in infection on the people who use truss trowel to make a long tower.
I agree. I also sometimes forget about Power Chord because the rocket is usually more than enough for me. The fact that it's risky to use is basically why I said you shouldn't use the Power Chord very often.
Well, you could mention an alternative for counterplay, you see, most people that use rockstar just spam power cord whenever they feel like it, soooo just spam superballs or just use a strike attack if u have such a sword.
i guess it depends. the rockstar users i've seen don't use power chord that frequently, so i that's why i said baiting out a power chord was a good strategy. if someone is spamming rockstar, then you could focus on predicting when they're going to use it and dodge when they're about to use it
Is my load out good or no? FYI I’m usually more focused on destroying towers than kos! Shadow dragon Default sword Square bomb Shadow Shuriken / snowball (depends on what I feel like) Default trowel / spikes / turrets (main as of right now is spikes)
I'd say it's pretty good, and it could easily work for KOs as well. Default sword and default/square bomb are great with the shadow dragon because it has a really bad rocket jump
