EP 04 Knife Skills

Hi everyone. Lorelei here, back in the kitchen demonstrating my knife skills as I prepare a salad for tonight's dinner. Remember, you need adult supervision when handling a knife and it takes practice. Don't be afraid to ask for help because the last thing you want to happen is cut yourself.
