If you see the black screen, just hit O quickly. And you can back in the game. If it doesn't work just keep reconnecting and you can play for an hour. In my case, I got disconnected when I always use my map... so I use it often.

I've been going to a spot just south of Blackwater. It's called Quaker's Cove. The game tells you when you equip worm bait to your line that stealhead trout love worms and are found in wide rivers. I think this means anywhere along the San Luis and the Lannahechee rivers will be good fishing
Making money is not difficult, doing all the story missions available in the beta will get you almost to 1000 if you include the treasure chests and over 2 gold bars. Also hunting will get you a lot of money and will complete challenges to level up faster. Overall people need to stop complaining about grinding, Rockstar is not gonna give you thousands of dollars per mission because it is unrealistic. Just play the game.
Putting these videos up finding loopholes into rockstars attempt to make getting money as hard as possible is going to get these things nerfed making the grind even worse.. thanks. Guaranteed the fish sell prices will get lowered come live..
My advice start picking up plants seriously it might feel slow but gather all the plants you can from multiple states or just one go sell them to the Valentine doctor or saint Dennis doctor
One thing I think rockstar should enable is, a stealth mode: as long as you are crouched, your overhead hud and map display should be invisible (unless if you are a part of a posse). That would be me a must!
One tip me and my friend did was you can carry a second dead animal... the first one goes on your horse the second one you use the lasso and lasso the dead animal unskin and drag it to the butcher
Spazzman and LeniseRose for real. I actually like playing RDO more than the the main story because I like having some kind of a grind. Is the grind to much yes. But at least it’s not like story mode when you have like 30k and nothing else to grind for or missions or nothing but a bunch of Easter eggs to uncover
I played the entire game twice probably over 100 hours on the campaign itself. As for online ive played atleast 10 hours and i can tell you prices are too damn high and making money is trash. Ive tried hunting to make money but apparently its animal cruelty for some reason. So yes it is trash and all because they want to sell microtransactions which will make me not want to play the game.
Here's another one for you. Head West from Blackwater to where the buffalo spawn. It's easiest if you have scoped rifle and the bolt action rifle. First kill a 3 star with your scoped rifle. Then immediately switch to your bolt action and ride down 2 or 3 more for the meat. Also there is a cougar Southwest near the windmill in the same area that will spawn and can easily be taken down with the bolt action. The 3 star sells for 9.50 per carcass and 6 for the pelt.
If you guys are going the Lagras house glitch, when you spawn, there should be either Rose Egrets, Great Blue or Tri Coloured Herons flying about, they yield some rather valuable feathers 👍
I want to feel like an outlaw whilst playing online, I want to rob people, stores, trains ect.. I want to be able to gamble and to have stand offs with other players but instead it feels like the complete opposite. I've been playing online since Wednesday and whilst the initial first few hours felt refreshing it soon hit me that the in-game economy is worse than gta online's. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind a slight grind as it feels rewarding but this is a joke, In what world in the late 1800's would a horse cost you 40 gold bars. I hope rockstar fix this before it's too late.

Being a beta there will be problems one just right now is my horse when i log in it says my horse is not available at this time it then sends the first horse you get in the game! Also some stranger missions mess up! By the way the only way i found get your main horse is at the stables!
@Richie A horse issue happened to me too someone found a fix go to stable pick up your horse and make it your primary horse. When you leave the stable hit left on the d pad and select stable select your horse and heal it should fix your problem worked for me.

Best tip is farm for another horse..break it then ride it and tell your horse to follow you..in that way you carry more pelts and carcass. As you got 2 horses just make sure the other horse dont get scared as you cant have a temp horse in online from what i seen. Or steal a horse with a saddle so you can carry the birds or rabbits on side too.

There’s nothing more efficient in the game than the entire prairie west of blackwater. It’s easily $140-$150 an hour.

When you kill deer don't shoot them you'll risk losing stars lasso and knife just like the barn animals.

Best tip is farm for another horse..break it then ride it and tell your horse to follow you..in that way you carry more pelts and carcass. As you got 2 horses just make sure the other horse dont get scared as you cant have a temp horse in online from what i seen. Or steal a horse with a saddle so you can carry the birds or rabbits on side too.

Soooo true.. i don't have any of these tools to hunt with, i just started today, and i made on one day, almost $200.00 hunting alone. I used two horses for twice the impact. One time i found an abonded horse and used it for a total of 3 horses. Great video.

Well right now what i do is choose a bounty mission and then repeat the destroyed by grief mission and repeat that i usually get 24 plus the bounty mission i usually get 9 bucks so that a lot of cash
