- Recruits perform group physical training and learn basic first aid at Recruit Training Command (RTC). The hands-on learning curriculum at RTC tests recruits on their war-fighting skills before they reach the fleet. More than 30,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp. (U.S. Navy video by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Camilo Fernan/Released)
That is the NICEST wake up call boot camp has ever seen.
For reals
They also skipped the part where Petty Officer would sit in the middle of the compartment with the deck log and yell at us for fucking it up
Fuck yeah. It all them cameras. I never remember a day without yelling
Our whole division would wake up early to be in the toeline by the time they walk in.
The petty officer at the end!! I was in the Usnscc with him!! Gotta love Matt
Good for them that they are able to join the USA navy, if i was able to join it I would do that certainly!!.
Cool video and all, but they dont do canteens anymore? Also in my opinion, they were moving way too slow in that morning routine.
Hahah it’s more like you have 10 secs to get on the toeline!! Not take your time
1:47 😂😂 what was that
This boot camp resembled a "boy scout camp!" 😂
Lies
Softest reveille I have ever seen😒😒😒… The Navy is going super soft man… my CSC and SHC would come in raising all hell at 0500 sharp… and 15 mins to dress and trice your rack🤣🤣🤣… try 3… and if a 45 is off you getting IT’d till you almost passed out… those were the days☺️😄
Theyre making it look easy for the video so people will want to sign up
I was in this division, waking up only sucked for the first two weeks until we just had the rover wake everyone up at 0500.
@@andrewarnold9818 yeah boot camp is easy after you get adjusted good luck in the fleet shipmate
@@andrewarnold9818 364 or 363?
363. And thanks!
@@andrewarnold9818 oh sweet i was in 364
Omg Petty Officer Taylor was def one of my favorite RDC’s. He was funny af and would always brag about how he was a cheerleader lol
That’s freaking awesome.
AD1 Taylor? Bruhhh we just had him at our indocs across the street
Thank you for posting these training videos. It was so nice to see my son learning new things!
Thank you all for these video's they always give the parents compfort knowing their child is in safe hands and learning what it take to protect each other and the united states. I love you all for this; My son is graduating this week but I have told parents that I know to log onto the RTC Public affairs site so they can watch the video's whien you post them. Bless you all who serve and protect us all
They are are just doing it for the Cameras mom
0545 lol, man we never got up that late in boot camp, how about 0345
They love to water down the videos lmao
0545 is when they were beginning their half-assed PT session so I'm assuming lights was at 0500.
0430 was on a generous day… I do remember getting to sleep in to 0600 on Holiday routine tho, so that was nice…
When I was in from October ‘22 to January 23’- LCPO didn’t allow RDCs to rev recruits before 0400 😂
And we honestly had like 2 or 3 organized pts the whole time I was there, I think the RDCs just relied on beating us for pt
Corpsman everywhere just cringed hard looking at that hold on the head 😩 good stuff though
Wish i knew what ship this is, I’ve been looking in any video update from RTC for anything showing USS Kearsarge so i can see my boyfriend.
It was the Kearsarge.
when I went august of 2017 they never taught us first aid or how to move/transport the body in the carry thing, you can imagine how much of a cluster fuck it was during battle stations lolol.
This looks like a 5 star hotel rather than the worn down rack at Parris Island and way more tame
It's more tame just based off what the Marines that are at my a school say, but for one, it's only clean cuz we did "clean compartment" every day, and rhe mattresses, pillows, sheets, and """blankets""" were fucked. And then there were the Ship 01 compartments... Fuck P-days, man.
I was waiting on them to give the dummy Motrin
Hahaha there is a reason I give all my navy buddies shit nothing like Marine recruit training 😂
“Meat Head Gym Fucks”😂
Thx! I was wondering what he was saying lol
So relaxed.......
Ship 12 USS Seawolf....2002
It's the uss Triton now
It’s a lot more intense then this
They’re lucky they didn’t have to pt right after chow
Their lucky pt didnt turn into an ITE session
no... we still did
1:40 OS2 IZAGUIRE aka McLovin!
Awesome
0545 wake up for PT? That’s too late Hooah!
They are doing it for the Cameras
WAY LIT
Why they going so slow? Way different than when I went through
Clark Lee right!!
No its not boot
That’s what I was thinking, we had like 30-60 seconds when I went through, lol.
Hello 1:34 ;)
Girls no longer have to wear the birth control glasses?
All the branches stopped wearing em. I don't know about the marines though
MUC Carmona 909
he was my brother div's chief
my wake ups were not that nice
"Never relax, kill-kill-kill!" lol what the hell are you talking about? Like you will actually kill something.
I don't trust these new boots who get issued Type 3s... The ones who come to my boat are way too immature and kinda dumb
Fucking integrated divisions man, they just need to keep all male and all female divisions.
Kill kill kill? More like sweep sweep sweep. Dont fool the recruits please....
Why so soft?
Kids moving SLOW as SHIT! Lol.
Squids
In Russian army harder 1000%.
For they its so easy
