It took some getting used to the anime, but apparently, the producer said the limited animation was done on purpose to resemble a motion comic. I also heard the creator of the manga only agreed to it being adapted to animation if it was done that way.

I really enjoyed the manga. I loved that the stories were so short and somewhat disjointed? It felt like a slice of life but with so much humour and it was just my kind of humour. So much intensity about random stuff without any real high stakes. 😆 The anime on the other hand... I thinks it's cool they tried something I haven't seen done before but boi did I disliked it.
Definitely more interested in the manga. I watched 2 episodes of the anime and did not enjoy it. The art style & the way it was shown (it was a like a slideshow) really threw me off
