    What is the wildest meltdown you've ever seen at a poker table?

    • @fartytowels8409
      @fartytowels8409 Год назад +23

      Mine. Yesterday. I lost a pot and then I went to the toilet, cursed silently and had a piss. Absolutely nuclear.

      The funniest was one time when a player at another table got bluffed and I overheard him yelling at the guy for lying about his hand!

    • @TimeNap
      @TimeNap Год назад +2

      Guy threw a watch at another guy. I was just sitting down at the table and I heard two guys screaming "f*** you" "NO F*** You!!"
      They got up into each other's faces, no punches thrown, but once they were broken up, one dude acted like he wanted all the smoke... once he was being held back of course.
      Guy A took off his watch, balled it up, threw it at guy B while saying "Keep it! I have all the money in the world!!"
      Later found out they hadn't been getting along for a while. Guy A was talking to another player and mentioned his mother had moved to Vegas with him recently, and she's in a wheel chair. Guy B said, "I'll f*** your mother" and that set everything off.
      This was at Sante Fe Station fwiw.

      @ppmtrader Год назад +1

      @@ltisenotem Phil got his match. EP doesn't care and even challenge him to do heads up game for 1million buyins and Phil immediately stays quite after that. Hellmuth is babbly coward seeking entitlement and congratulatory words to people about his 16 bracelets that he always brag. He was lucky maybe to those tournaments where players can be intimidated with his table talks but nowadays have so many cash game crushers and tournament crushers who doesn't care who they play with and he is sinking down with his read on cards. Daniel Negs, gunsen, Antonius are far more sports and skilled players than him seeing how they played recently. Phil Hellmuth is delusional with his bracelets.😂😂😂😂😂

    • @ltisenotem
      @ltisenotem Год назад

      @@ppmtrader Phil is delusional, like most of the pros from back then were. He knows tournament poker well, but yeah without those wins combined with his tantrums he wouldn't be relevant. He is just downright trash at cash games

      Persson knew exactly how to play PH because of how he acts. Knew damn well the floor wouldn't say anything much either because Phil does it enough himself. So very intentionally kept pushing him the entire time. I haven't seen much of Persson, so I have no idea if that's just how he is all the time. But doing it back at PH is justified bahahaha

    There’s bluffing and there’s lying. Personally, I learned my lesson in poker (and in life) to avoid lying. It comes back to bite you; however, bluffing is part of the game. I suppose lying is, too, for some players, but if that’s how you have to win… go for it. Remember: Simply just not telling the WHOLE truth is not a lie. For me, this boils down to your intentions. Bluffing and lying are not the same thing.
