Other things I've found that help, dark chocolate and watermelon, both great for circulation. I don't eat dark chocolate a ton but it really does get you going, I'm 41 and for awhile was having troubles. Now I didn't exercise as much either then. But even my doctor besides telling me to exercise, even just going for walks helps, told me dark chocolate is good for you. So I researched and it said 85 percent and above dark chocolate can be good in moderation. I tried it and I noticed it a little while after eating it. And watermelon besides tasting great is good for all kinds of stuff including circulation. Also cut out stuff like sodas and things packed with sugar, drink more water. I'm not a dietician or doctor and I'm not saying this is a cure-all but worked for me so thought I'd share. Also watermelon juice made in a juice or blender is great.

I’ll try adding Ceylon cinnamon to the blend as some have suggested. Wait…I mix a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon with honey as a sleep aid when I cannot fall asleep. It works so I wonder if it would be counterintuitive to mix it in the protein shake.

Saffon is super expensive, cayenne pepper is cheap, abundant, and carries very similar pharmocological benefits. Ginger is also a good one to add. And bananas and peanut butter were made for eachother. You could also use Pumpkin Pie spice in place of the Ceylon Cinnemon.
1/4 peanut butter on a paper plate fassioned into a bowl made of peanut butter.
    1.5Tbs honey
    1tsp cayenne powder
1tsp cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1/2tsp ginger
2Tbs yogurt on top, mix thoroughly with knife, spread on Ripe (lots of brown spots) banana and eas as a snack. Tried it the first time yesterday and slept very well.

I think you're sweet but just way too much info when I'm trying to catch up on your videos. You could put like more details of the benefits of each after you give the basic recipe and stuff out. I just don't have the time to watch it all every time. Thanks and keep up the good work! 🤗

Great info Doc! I always thought it was the Potassium in bananas that worked. When you first mentioned Tryptophan I thought what good would that do if it put a guy to sleep🤣🤣🤣. An old military urban legend I still remember today was from basic training. Word would get around to not eat the mashed potatoes because it would have the opposite effect of what these foods that you mentioned might help with.😂

Hmm … I’ve found at 66 .. keep T around 1000, take 20mg Cialis the night before, 20mg Cialis that morning, 5 mile run, shower … a chainsaw couldn’t cut thru it … it’s bigger and harder than anytime .. being plant based also helps. The 5 mile run before sex REALLY super charges your sex drive, and DONT EAT BEFORE SEX.
