Just a constructive feedback. You wasted 3 minutes of my time and still didn't get into the point! 3 minutes in I paused. Perhaps you should leave anything irrelevant to the title of this video to the last couples of minutes so if someone liked your video sure they also hear your advertising speech. all the best
I don't know about their prices but when coupled with the closed caption features and the new Android Assistant, this is a game changer. I can understand your trepidations... It has to be unnerving to see the behemoth that is Google get into your business. Remember, this is the first offering of this product; they are going to add features with every release and at the speed which they operate, they are going to make existing systems obsolete in no time. My suggestion is to find ways to partner up with them; become an expert and a resource. Someone still needs to implement these services! Reassess your vendors and see which ones are best suited for this technology and allign to offer those to your clients. I 've never heard of you or your firm but have been in the technical field for 30+ years and this sounds awefully familiar... With analog to digital, to on site pbx, then to cloud based more recently. This wasn't a review; it was a cry for help
Hi, thanks for this video! I am a virtual assistant and I'm offering virtual reception services. I am wondering if I have multiple clients that need their phone calls managed, can Google Voice handle this kind of scenario? How would the set up work? Do all my clients need to have a Google Voice account and forward their calls to my number? Also, when someone is calling on client A's phone, will I know through Google Voice? Basically, I want to find a way in which I can divert my client's calls to my number. Thanks in advance!
That's a tough series of questions to answer without knowing more about your business/environment. Feel free to give us a call if you'd like to talk through it further.
How can I set up call recording, unlike the personal version, the business version doesnt have a toggle for call recording under the incoming calls section of the settings. Please help
I've had Google Voice for years and I'm not thrilled with it. Do you by any chance have any contact information for Google Voice? Do you have a direct telephone number where I can talk to a human being who might speak English? They want your money but they don't wanna help you.
Google is fine, problem is when huge companies extend too far and control too much. Imagine the world in 20 years, all the money in 2-3 hands? crazy and unsafe.
Google voice enterprise is a dumpster fire.. they can't even transfer calls.... between agents... you can't forward calls... it goes to the users voicemail..

Sorry you feel that way.

could you use a google voice number to forward to an accent number?
I agree. What they offer for $10/user/month, they give for free to the free gmail service
A lot of businesses are still looking for more personal support and a broader feature set.

I agree with this guy 100%. If you need ip phone options, auto attendant, and company buy in, google voice isn't there yet.

It is definitely missing some critical features which a lot of businesses require.
Hummn they must be trying to compete with Godaddy..
