    It’s actually ION and red nucleus of the same side and contralateral dentate nucleus.

    Is that the basal cistern around the pontomedullary junction.

    Both images are T2W. So can't it be an old bleed and then a new one because blood deprnding on the age of bleed will emit varying signals.
