Yes I boiled it before adding it to the stew. Much love ❤️
Am away from home n I tried your egg stew it was awesome...I felt I am a super hero.....thanks. sure I will try the kontomire tomorrow God willing
Thank you for the support and I’m glad you tried and liked it. You are indeed a superhero ❤️
What is kontomire in inglish so I can try it
It’s cocoyam leaves. Thank you for watching and subscribing 🙏🏾
Did u blend the Ajushi or grind it?
I bought the powdered one from the market and added a lil water and salt to form the paste. Thank you for watching 💞
Thank you 😘
Thank you for your feedback and support 🙏
Thank you for your feedback and support 🙏
What kind of pepper did you use?
I used habanero pepper. Thank you for watching and pls subscribe and share with friends and family💞 much love
Please did you mix the Agushi with water
Yes I mixed with water then added a lil salt. Thank you for watching and subscribing 🙏
Can i use gizzard in place of wele?
Yes you can. Thank you for watching and subscribing 🙏
Nice
I prefer the spinach should be washed and cut. No need to boil
Yes because the spinach can even be eaten raw but kontomire cannot be eaten raw. Much love 💕
Can you add both egg and agusi
No dear. The agusi takes a longer time to cook than the eggs so pls add the agusi first and then add the eggs if you want to. Much love ❤️
Beautiful appearance
Thank you so much 😊
Hello...
What is the other name for that agushi or ajushi?
Akatoa in twi. Some call it melon seeds. Thank you for watching and subscribing 🙏
Can you blend the pepper onion and garlic or it’s compulsory you grind them?
You can blend them. Thank you for watching and subscribing 💕
Can you add grinded onions
I added it to the pepper and garlic to grind. You can slice some onions and add to it to give you more flavor and crunch 💕. Thank you for watching and subscribing 🙏
What is the Twi name for aguzhie please
Akatoa 🙏
Can't I do it without boiling the kontomire
You can however it’s easier to mix the boiled kontomire with the stew than one that’s not boiled
Wow beautiful video,What are the Kontombire leaves called in English?
Thank you 🙏. It’s cocoyam leaves but you can use spinach in place of the kontomire. Thank you for watching and subscribing 💕
it’s called taro leaves
L0
I don’t hv momni is that okay
It adds very nice flavor to the palm oil and the stew as a whole. You can however substitute it for koobi or make it to your preference. I hope this helps 🙏
Can you add de kontonmire without boiling
You can but it will be a little bit difficult mixing with the stew. You can steam the kontomire to retain its nutrients in place of boiling. Much love ❤️
@Honeyhands Kitchen if you live in the state where and how do you get the kontomere please
@@yussifusman6174 you can use spinach instead. Much love ❤️
@Honeyhands Kitchen alright thank you
It’s my pleasure
How do you stop the kontonmire from itching
It is not kontomire if it itches. Always get the smaller kontomire leaves and not the big ones. The big ones tend to be the itchy ones. Thank you for watching and subscribing
@@Honeyhandskitchen oh okay okay thank you
Medasse 🧡
You are welcome and thank you for watching 🙏
SORRYOOO. don't know what some of those ingredients are....Was that cow belly or pork fat? And what was that white sauce you poured over... You called it willy and said it was healthy....please what is that made from? People from around the world watch these videos. Please Explain everything. thx
It's cow skin. The cow's hide
Too much oil but looks yummy
Thank you 🙏🏾.
I don't know any women who like soft Willie.
I only use it for mending my boots.
Sorry we do
The only good thing Wele is good for is, giving to the shoe maker to repair shoes and for the dogs.
Foul smelling stuff
Sorry to hear that you don’t like it however it’s a delicacy in Ghana and most of the African countries do enjoy it too. Food is diverse, what you like might be something another doesn’t😀
@@Honeyhandskitchen I know my dear, o was make a joke about it.
My wife use to love it, the kids do too, I always tease them about it.
To annoy them, I pinch it give it to the dogs.
What's called a required taste.
I'm not to keen on palm oil, I add some, mix it with olive oil.
Like Fufu, personally the soup pjust like peppered water, so I boil carrots, cabbage, onions, bell peppers , blend them add that to the soup, save the water drink it, get all the goodness from the veg.
Not true my dear ☺️
So nice and delicious
Please l don't recommend the momone
Food is diverse so you can opt that out however I love it as part of this dish 💕
Oh sorry , it's very nice
Great African best
