I lived in Puerto Rico until 1980 and the Old San Juan looks even better.
Lord I miss home! I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, I can't tell you how many times I've walked down those streets throughout my life, but it never got old. Careful with La Perla though 😂. At least when I was growing up it wasn't the safest place to be in. A lot of drug related issues.

As Canadians we usually go to Cuba. But this was recommended by friends, so looking into it. Appears to be a cleaner version of Cuba. Very interesting! Thanks for video.
From North Carolina, a Big Hug for you and a Thank you for this beautiful video of my Puerto Rico, the Island I grew up and left on 1979. All my younger years, I went to walk on those streets, I went to Castillo Del Morro (It was built by the Spaniards), every Saturday afternoon with my Mother and my babies. This video brought many tears to my eyes. Last time I went to PR on 2020 was to my Mom's funeral. I have no words to thank you. Blessings to you!

The doves you saw are located at the doves' park. People go there to feed them and for the view. If you go past that around it, it takes you to the narrow house and great ocean views up to Fortaleza

I ate at Barrachina during a visit from NYC. My wife is Filipina and she knows her seafood from growing up in a seaside village in the Philippines. She raved about the freshness and the quality as well as how delicious her meal was. Every once in a while she asks me to take her back to Barrachina. I enjoyed my own meal, so did everyone else. Get your name on the waiting list and take a walk, they will give you a beeper which will alert you to come back when your table is ready.

The area where the children were playing with the pigeons. They calledat they paro of the pigeons. . It has brought back so many good memorias. They Perla ir si Nice but it is dangerous. I am not sure if you have seen Daddy Yankee's music video called 'suavecito' . That video it was recorded in La Perla. Thank you for your videos and got your time I'm making them. It does make me feel like I am right on there walking next to you.

La Zona metropolitana de 1 millón de habitantes ofrece excelentes restaurantes, teatros, museos, centros comerciales, parques y mucho mas. Conocer las bellas vistas atravezando la Cordillera Central y disfrutar de rios Lagos, Basques y las maravillas de ciudades como Ponce y Yoda el area oste hacen de PR un pais extraordinario. The good thing about Puerto Rico is that crime is very very localized. Most murders are among mafias. I have never been victim of violent crime and I lived on the island all my life. You can go out at any hour and it is likely very safe if there are no grafitis and there are people around. Ironically, no street scammers like in Europe, but likely because we do not have as many tourists.
Hello:Sometimes I wonder, if before publishing a video of such historical place, you should read some background history, so when you show, like for example , a beautiful view of San Juan Town Center, or the municipal home, you show some knowledge about the place you are visiting. This kind of videos are published not only to show a walk in a place, but to illustrate a little bit the viewers of what they are seeing.In your video you made a a commentary related to where you were coming from, Punta Caña , and that there was a lot to see??Punta Caña is a beach resort place and full of bars, discos and tourist traps, but Old San Juan, is more than that… It is considered to be a historical place, Oldest City in the US, with a lot of traditions, a beautiful Spanish heritage and legacy.Well preserved as there is a Historical planning board, that look after the city in order to preserve buildings, colors etc…..
Thanks for your video, but , pls you should read history of places you are going to visit before you get there to make your videos not just videos of street and buildings, but to include some historical facts when you make your in video commentaries.
