Steve your wasabi descusion descusion beginning at 6:42 where you and Lisa commented about the wasabi not going up your nostrils, that's because the wasabi you consumed has no horseradish in it... that's the 'cheap' kind of wasabi... the 'expensive' kind of wasabi is not blended with horsersdish.
I love your channel and like your content. This restaurant will be closed within 2 years! Unlike Iroha, where anybody can enjoy excellent food, this restaurant only caters to the wealthy elite... One look at their menu will qualify my observation.
