    Can I ask - what mixer is this? I found a similar one but it only has a 5L bowl, but your one looks much bigger! 😊

    Hi , how do you make it chocolate? Do you replace some icing sugar with cocoa or add melted chocolate? Can you please let me know the quantities or cocoa or chocolate? Thank you x

    Would warm milk do the same job as the warm water? As I usually add a bit of cold milk into my buttercream to loosen it but it’s never this glossy ? xx

      I would imagine so! Haven’t ever tried it but worth a go, don’t think it would cause any issues! Xx

    Have you got any tips for how to avoid flopping or melting buttercream. If I decorate the sides of my cakes, it tends to drop 😔 ✨

      Add more sugar than butter :) the way it should be otherwise you’ll have a whole melting butter mess

    I live in a really hot climate. Wont the hot water turn the buttercream to soup ?? If it happens what should be done?

      Don’t use butter at all in very hot climate use hi ratio shortening look for the Sweetex brand it’s great that’s what I use in the summertime hope this helps also I use cold water

      @@mommaskitchen1 this doesn’t impact the flavor?

      @@tru-shadixon1114no absolutely not at all! It’s super delicious it’s not like using “Crisco” like some use this is specifically for making buttercream it is soy based not butter so it withstands hot weather I have a recipe on my channel for a small batch :)

    (4) 250 grams of butter for a total of 1,000 grams
    1000 grams of powdered sugar
    6 tablespoons of warm water
    Is this the correct measurements?

    • @user-io6mq8lu6l
      @user-io6mq8lu6l Год назад +2

      Or is it 2,000 grams of sugar for the 2:1 ratio?
