Meet Eileen Perket, Waupaca Foundry's First Female Electrician

In honor of National Women's History Month, Waupaca Foundry is pleased to introduce you to Eileen Perket, the iron casting supplier's first female electrician. Upon graduation from technical school, Eileen, a single mom, sought a career to support her family. That was 1993. She retired from the foundry in 2002. It is a distinct privilege to share her story 30 years later.
