Dice en la descripción que es un char privado, incluso yo teniendo el link del MediaFire de Nearl1z no se encuentra; por ello, es imposible ya que su autor desapareció completamente de linea, por lo tanto, la unica manera de que se libere es que te hayas contactado en su momento en linea o se libere en algun sitio de internet.
Al menos, tenemos su alternativa "Lite" que sería NeoKyo que todavía sigue disponible en linea, como en este mismo MediaFire que comente antes.

Use Palette 7. Palettes 1 to 6 makes Mr Kyo weaker than original.
