This song is quite unique in a way. Even though the title is "Masaya" (Happy) in english, the melody is quite sad. Much like experiencing love and then a breakup or even a everlasting love. Even though you feel happy for yourself, it is not quite as happy as you would like. It will always it's ups and downs. Love is at first a thrilling feeling to experience but as long as you want to kept it going it gets ugly. That is the bitter truth about love. Bamboo expressed it through this song.

i dont think u can put their music in one box as they themselves love to reinvent their songs and touch very diverse styles. For example, they made a very nice acoustic/jazz version of hinahanap-hanap kita...which was as good as the original.
ang sayang talaga! nag disband sila... they lasted for at least 8 years... yet they provided the best 8 years as the Philippines Premier Band... I wish I could still see them perform 1 last time as a band. a standing ovation to BAMBOO!!!

Technically speaking yes indeed mas maraming magaling sa bamboo but their song is powerful Powerful in the way that it touches the heart of the middle class, upper class and the lower class and I believe that factor will make Bamboo an icon someday and lastly their style,interpretation and approach to music is unique. Even when compared to foreign artists, You can number in your fingers the artists similar to Bamboo's style.
