If the stairs were redesigned without the triangular step, the doors of the coat closet at the foot would open more easily. The stove appears to lack an extractor. The laundry has a bit of space for needed pantry cabinets, and the downstairs bedroom may be quite snug but it's great for guests. I was relieved to see the separate shower to supplement the freestanding tub up stairs. I'd change the bedroom pocket doors for hinged doors upstairs. With just a few tweaks, this house would check all my boxes!
This is the perfect tiny house, 2 & 1/2 baths, laundry room, 3 bedrooms. Everything a girl (or guy) could want. I would later install a screened in back porch and a garage. Otherwise, perfect.

Such wonderful house I like the exterior in grey and and interior in white and living area where fire place is should have in Middle Clock or mirror or LCD Screen and kitchen is nice but fridge should be grey or white not teal or blue but anyway the house in good design and floor and like sliding door toilet and Laundry should have sink and taps to. But no pantry at all.
As we are planning to build in the mountains putting in a wood stove for heat, this home plan would not work for us as there is only the stairs enabling heat to get upstairs. The downstairs bedroom is a bit too small for our furniture too. Assuming these issues didn’t exist with us, I’ve seen plans we will much prefer over this one. The living room and kitchen are quite a small feeling.
another fridge that opens incorrectly. Strange that it is not even possible to draw correctly! Who buys a fridge if you can't change the place of the handles? Details that disturb the entire design and function are not serious!😡 Another "challange" imagine every design that you actually need to hoover! What an incredible idea!😡

I loved the outside but then you put a bedroom off the kitchen. That should have been a pantry! Sad, because I really did like it.
Nothing prevents you from making the bedroom a pantry. Same room, just filled with 'pantry' things.
