Very nice physical demonstration of tun tou chum fou. I spent a long time in Yip Man lineage Wing Chun (since the late 70's), and my main "WT" sifu, Leung Ting, never emphasized these classical energies ....yet they are absolutely there. We were largely left to pick these concepts up intuitively through observation and practice ...a slow process. Props to Sifu Sergio for going beyond a single lineage to showcase and share with all who love Wing Chun and related arts.
@@VTSifuSteve I studied privately with Leung Ting in Hong Kong in the period 1997-2001 and it really depends on his mood Etc as sometimes he would explain a lot of theory when he was in a happy state of mind.

We also use Swallow and Spit in Practical Method Taijiquan, but I'm not sure if we have Float and Sink .
I will have to ask.
