I've always liked those old Transtars, theres a marina that I drive by occasionally and they have one that they still use today. That propane powered C model Chevy looked like a neat little rig as well
Just a FYI the Central NY ATHS is looking for a location to hold their summer meet up because the Park in Liverpool is closed for maintenance this summer. If anyone has a suggestion they are looking for venues, please reach out to them.
I'm pretty sure they made the F4370 up until atleast 1985. I'm going to guess that the Eagle truck use to have a sleeper, you can see on the back of the cab the little round block off plate. That's where the HVAC would have connected to the sleeper. They are certainly 855 Cummins powered. I can't tell if they are small cam or big cam or the hp. 350hp probably. They are aftercooled. They sold pretty cheap. Especially compared to those Mack trucks. But they love Mack out east. Thanks for the video! I love transtar 4300 trucks. I've never seen a reverse bell bolted to an axle hub like that before!
Those old truck cranes look cool, but there is a lot of things that can wrong with them. Were they maintained, have they been sitting, unused for awhile? You could get into a world of trouble if you tried to operate them without a thorough inspection.
Long time Sub. Of yours, the content is great and the kinda new direction your going with narrating is even better. You doing great brother👍. Much better than me lol
All 3 of these rigs look restorable.... Hopefully they get saved and restored...
Love the old trucks! Thanks for the tour!
I do my best at finding old trucks at the junkyards I come across and have them featured on my RUclips page.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Great collection of old iron. The Chevy with the plow might be an ex Schwan Ice Cream delivery truck.

Nothing like old school trucks.
Those Mack and IH Dump trucks look restorable too ..
I Remember seeing the big concrete spans come out of the factory for the bridges. Right behind Commercial Drive
"Chronometer" is a $4 word for a $1.99 clock...Probably came with the Eagle package...😁
Excellent content, as usual!

I think they gave up for the year. 😔

They sure did! I'm guessing they let the winner of the 1st take the second for the same price.

Thank you. I very much appreciate the support.
You always have video's that tug at my heart✌️
IH had a habit to title the year model date as when sold not built.
1985 the 9300 CAME in Play. I Still have my with 350 Cummins and Eaton Fuller RTO12509
GMC GENERAL 6V92T SILVER SERIES 350HP
Looks as if some of those items went for a reasonable price for a change. Auctions have been insane lately.
I think prices are starting to return to this earth.
That medium duty Chevy could be restored too ...
Wouldn’t it be neat to drive that yellow crane around to backyard
Detroit 6v92T as it is turbo-supercharged. I think.
