Since I passed my driver's license all I want to do is try to get me this so very dope Knightfall Batman figure because the original release is way too pricey now on the secondary market and I do really like the black and grey color scheme.
Good luck my guy, after weeks of searching I finally found ONE yesterday at my local GameStop the minute it opened. Happy hunting!

Minus the tanner skin tone, (which I painted more pale) this Batman head is my favorite one ever! Its sculpt matches up perfectly with my ideal look for the Dark Knight! 👍

Awesome thanks for the swaps! The Grundy wave AC Batman is my favorite head sculpt McFarlane has done so far and I liked that swap the best. My favorite Batman head in this scale is the DC Essentials Knightfall, if you have that figure it’s pretty cool on Keaton 89 (you have to paint the essentials head black tho)

5:15 i did this and gave him the arkham asylum gloves (and boots) which are sleeker so the proportions look a lot better. rly happy with it

I'm much more of a comicbook figure fan, but repainting some eyes white, and adding yellow to some symbols makes some of the movie swaps work

I’ve got the blue version of this. I think it would be cool to make into a custom Keaton Batman with repainting all black.
If they JLA black Three Jokers is an indicator, I expect Todd will do it sooner or later
To me the black and gray knight suit the definitive design. The little bit yellow of yellow helps so much. The Blue and gray still looks fantastic if the blue was a little bit darker.
The Yellow Lantern head is the one I have on mine, to me it fits perfectly in terms of what I picture in my mind when I think Batman. I’ve got the Gordon Batman head on my blue Knightfall bats, painted to match, it’s a close second!

Bit of a strange question but I was wondering if anyone knew if the hands from Jim Gordon batman were compatible with the black knightfall batman
mcfarlane really needs to make more long eared batman headsculpts. year two batman still had my favorite headsculpt and it’s not even close. i liked it so much that i cut the neck off of knightfall and put a peg on the figure so i could use the cape and head from the year two. after that headswap and a bright blue and dark grey repaint, that thing quickly became my definitive batman.

great vid. I had the mcfarlane rebirth batman as fodder for a long time. I tried that head on this body and it is going to be my definitive batman.

With all these videos I'm coming to the conclusion that I just don't like any of the McFarlane Batman heads. I didn't realize I was so picky. The Mezco Sovereign Knight Batman long eared head is still by far my favorite for any figure in this scale, even with the panel lining. I can't explain it, but it just perfectly captures my mental image of Batman. The Knightfall head is similar, but just feels sort of bland and generic. It doesn't have any edge or character to it.
Also boy howdy that unmasked head on this body feels just like a realistic take on BTAS.

This video has shown me that the Knightfall Batman head sculp in black has to he my new favorite McFarlane Batman head. It is an improvement on pretty much every Batman figure you used it on or at least it looks just as good as the head they originally had. Great video, i absolutely love this Knightfall Batman body in my preferred Batman colors.

Batman had a long face in Arkham City and Asylum. They were just accurate to the game. I always thought his game design looked weird.

I'm guessing you mean Arkham Knight since I talked it up as one of the better Batman figures? It absolutely does have proportion issues. I am more talking about just the overall level of detail

No, but I keep hearing rumors and seeing "leak lists" that one is coming. I think the delay is the lack of repaint options to be honest.
I don't know if you'll read this considering it's been 10 days, but could you do a headswap with the knightfall batman and the Zur en arrh batman? The Zur En Arrh figure has my favorite Batman headsculpt from mcfarlane and i wanna know how it looks on the knightfall figure before i commit to making that custom.

No, Spawn Batman is one of the ones with an incompatible neck joint, so I didn't include it here. I did do a Versus and Head Swap of it and JLA Batman, thought.
