@@SumitSuman-em2kr एक धोनी hater होने के नाते तुम्हे तो खुश होना चाहिए ना की धोनी ने कप्तानी छोड़ दी उससे तुम्हे क्या लेना देना की धोनी ने कब कप्तानी छोड़ दी।एक महान कप्तान ने विराट मै एक टेस्ट कप्तान देख लिया और उसको मौका दिया। धोनी चाहते तो 100 टेस्ट खेल सकते थे साथ ही टेस्ट मैं अपने 5000 रन भी पूरे कर सकते थे पर उसके लिए अपने रिकॉर्ड्स से ज्यादा टीम की जीत जरूरी है। इसलिए जब धोनी को लगा की अब उसका वक्त खतम हो गया है टेस्ट क्रिकेट मैं तो छोड़ दी कप्तानी और साथ ही टेस्ट क्रिकेट भी वो भी बिना कोई farewell लिए।

It was a very good decision by MSD....he is a good batsman in sub-continent conditions but not in overseas...apart from his exemplary wicket-keeping skills.

Who said... He is best in overseas too... Yes overseas hundreds are not there... But his most of the innings he played matching even he scored 90 mostly in overseas... Hundred is not important always... The innings which will be remembered that's the thing... He was sacrifice his position and he batted down order then how can you expect most runs and most hundreds like virat and Rohit... Still he has more than 17000+ runs in international cricket... And this is not a joke.. He is best batsman, best wicketkeeper, best captain and best finisher too... You should respect too...

1)Indian team lost 7 icc tournaments (including 5 t20 wc, 1 fifty over wc, 1 CT).....
2) Dhoni was not a good test batsman.... He doesn't have any overseas test century outside ASIA..... And has only around 4800 runs in 90 matches... In short time, Rishabh pant has scored 2 overseas test centuries playing at same position in Australia and England....
3)Indian team reached RANK 7 in TEST CRICKET under dhoni....
Bt India ranks 1st in test after dhonis captaincy don't u know that..100 isn't always required.. dhoni has a lot of 90 in overseas..though heisnot tecnally good..bt he managed to do so..

When dhoni took retirement our team was in 7th position in test cricket so he was needed the most at that time
India was 6th... And also.... It would have been a bit uncomfortable as everyone wanted him to leave captaincy and rightfully so....... He might have felt insecure and he wasn't interested as well in test cricket...... (Though that year Dhoni for the first time consistently scored runs overseas in SA, Eng, Aus scoring like 6 fifties in 18 innings at an avg of 36 which is very good for a wicketkeeper)...
Though I don't think india missed dhoni the keeper as wridhiman saha did very well as a keeper....... But maybe india missed dhoni as a batsman sometimes maybe
