Catching up with F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone and his wife in Croatia

- During the week I spent on a 72' yacht in the Adriatic Sea I caught up with Bernie Ecclestone and his wife Fabiana twice, swam in crystal-clear water, discovered amazing islands, saw a donut stand burn down and witnessed some poor behaviour at the refuelling jetty in Split.

Great video! So glad you had fun in Croatia. The boat experience is something else, you can get in all the bays and beaches you couldn’t otherwise.
It is my country, where I was born and live but I am still so in love with all the coast, it has so many islands and hidden gems to visit, that’s why we mostly don’t go abroad on summer vacations.

Croatia has been a top European destination for tourism for many years. Although I really like Kym's videos, his contribution to Croatian tourism is totally negligible.

Three weeks ago,i went few days with motorcycle to visit frends in Korčula,and it is always nice to see many big yahts,at night,anchored in Korčula town.
Aw. So sad that the crepe and mini donut kiosk went up in flames.

Há, I had a cocktail on top of the tower watching the beautiful sunset. Truly amazing sight to behold.... I loved Korcula, Vis was a bit to busy and 'hip' for my liking : )

Hey Kym, love your videos. At :37 you mention Schumacher's "old boat" - is it still not still his? Any insight as to who was on it? Thanks for the awesome insights.
I had read a few years back that, in order to keep up with monumental medical bills, Schumacher's family sold off unused assets including perhaps that yacht.

Imagine.. sitting on the beautiful beach next to a real mountain of litter. I see they advertise Stiniva beach / Vis island and its 'unique natural beauty' but they are too lazy to collect their trash from the beach? C'mon my dear Croatians, keep those beautiful islands and sea clean.
