In private surroundings people are at liberty to insert English words while conversing but when preparing a documentary or a video like yours about cooking, you have the opportunity to use Urdu terms so that your followers are also inclined to use those same terms when forwarding your recipe's to others. I can send you a copy of the English to Urdu dictionary compiled by my father for Oxford Printing Press - free of charge. That would come handy.

Milk powder ko badam k saath daalna hai, aur anjeer ko alagse ghee me pakaakr sukhaana hai, aur sweet pani me thodi hi sugar daalo ,mix kark sukhaao aur mix karo aur pakaao ghaada hone tak.

Khoya, as per your interest... you may also add milk , but that becomes tedious for mixing till halwa leaves the ghee... and time consuming... instead add khoya.
Alhumdulillah namaz k bagair toe hamara din nahi hota... well musalman ko sab Pata hota hai k Kab lagani chahiye tab hi Lagat hain... agar aap ek aurat hain toe Pata hoga... agar male hain toe apne ammi se poochen....
Please. improve your Urdu. YOu use too many English words when you can easily use Urdu words.
