- This video is not about color mixing but on the process of layering and making adjustments. What do you do when you want to make changes to your painting? This video shows that watercolors can be changed. I hope you enjoy it. Please share this video with your friends and visit my website. I will be adding new workshops for 2020. If you are interested in having me teach a workshop, please contact me thru my website.
This painting is stunning! It was also good to see how you can make alterations. Thanks so much for.😃
My most fav video tutorial 😊
I really enjoyed watching you paint the many layers. Your choice of music made me feel like it was an wonderful animated Disney set where I was held in eager anticipation of what would unfold next. I also really appreciated your own self critique and sharing how you made those changes. I would have just assumed such a great painting would be left for what it was and start another, but you let us in on your process to make a good painting, even better. Gives me courage to redo some sections rather than just live with ‘good enough’. Thank you. Now I’ll watch your next one!
Brilliant. Huge appreciation. 🥰
I like the fact you go a bit darker and more finished than a lot of the watercolor artists right now. The sketchy unfinished washy look is just so pervasive in watercolor right now that when I come across an artist like yourself it breathes new fresh inspiration into me. Thanks
Just beautiful layering. So many who work in watercolor miss the importance of layers over layers incorporated to--together--bring forth striking contrast and shadow work. Thank you for sharing.
The detail is amazing! I would have gotten lost painting in all the foliage 😅. A delight to watch
Extremely beautiful work! Really loved!
If I didn’t know, this looks like John Pike painted this. Gorgeous!
Beautiful 🎉Art thanksyou
Fantastic Excellent mastery for a wonderful watercolor. I adore ! Cheer
Very good video. It some guts to take out the tree across the stream and the sky holes. But did it. . I have some pictures that are similar to your starting photo. I will have to try to do them. Painting the forest is one of my favorite subjects. Loved how controlled the lights to darks. I will have to watch it again.. Thanks.
Amazing
This is so beautiful and we'll executed!
One word: magnificent!
So relaxing, watching you paint. And very inspiring!
So beautiful! Watching this before class to help me chill out. Thank you!
Thank you-glad you liked it.
Superbe ❤❤❤
Amazing!
I just found your videos, they're wonderful. Thank you for providing great content. I've learned a lot.
Exciting tutorial…well done,…thanks
amazing work.
Thanks so much for posting these and sharing. I’m learning so much.
I love your work.
Wow! Truly magical
Hi Christopher, I find myself so drawn to your style of painting, that I want to take some for of class online, to lrarn step by step. Do you have such a thing? Where can I find it?
Lovely demo! I think the music really creates a mood: what is the name of the composition/composer?
Strange question: Can you please tell me what size Kremer and Silver Black Velvet brushes you use? I'm literally just about to put in an order, but I haven't been sure what size to get and then I noticed that you use them in the sizes that I'd like!
Looks like Silver Black Velvet 8 Round - That is my work horse brush!
A. Eyeball tutorial would b very helpful.
Which exactly is the brush with the red in the handle? I tried to get it from Kremer, but their site is cludgy and won’t refine the search for a number 6 round as you said in another video. Be safe.
It is a Kremer 6 or an 8. The number wore off.
@@christopherleeper7873 Christopher, are you going to be doing any narrated, real time watercolor videos? I really love your style and skill. I want to learn more from you. Your paintings are absolutely wonderful.
