So first… wtf is wrong with you people? This woman does a valuable job. Her education level or ability to speak proper English has nothing to do with her skills. A good phlebotomist is as good as gold. I have worked in hospitals for 25 years and am always grateful when a good phlebotomist is able to get a good stick.
Secondly… why was this poor woman even called to testify…. She clearly had nothing to offer. It appears she wasn’t even involved in this incident.
God bless her for her patience and hard work.

Anybody who doesn't think she speaks English must not speak English themselves.

How much education is required to become a phlebotomist?

Some states require a certification. Some don’t. Which means they could be trained on the job with no school or certificate.

not much, it's simply learning the blood draw technique. many RNs, LVNs, doctors and other medical professionals can carry out these proceedures as well.

That’s ridiculous. She is easily understood.
