Ooof. MD/ Dermatologist here. I usually lurk without commenting but am making an exception after seeing the nose! In medicine we affectionately call the nose & mouth area the “triangle of death”, because extractions in this area are actually quite dangerous. The blood vessels are so close to the brain and infections can be deadly. We lost a 15 year old patient in my practice after he popped a pimple on his nose and the infection spread to his brain. These techs shouldn’t be messing with infected lesions at all, but at the VERY least they should be using a new sterile lancet only for this area.
The sad part is they don't care, they will continue to do this even though you told them how dangerous it is.
I used to be a Nurse, and I know exactly what you’re talking about (although I didn’t work with dermatological patients specifically). That’s extremely scary too! However, I’m going to play Devil’s Advocate. Asian culture and Eastern medicine is very different from Western medicine. They have been practicing their medicine for hundreds, even thousands, of years. Although what they are doing now resembles the practices of Western medicine and culture, it obviously is not or rather, not exactly. So it would be ignorant of us to assume they should be doing what our culture does. The United States, for instance, cannot impose its practices and procedures on another country because they think they are right.

@@GinaCas525 that's kinda a ignorant and very passive aggressive response to a woman who clearly knows more about dermatology than you do. She's pinpointing the dangerous techniques and consequences if not careful. It's actually so unbearable listening to people using culture as an excuse to butcher someone's nose. These services are clearly a cheap alternative to a proper dermatologist visit. They offer to extract the pimples which is fine but then they start playing doctor and stabbing sections of the face with no dermatology degree or doctorate. Viewers like the OP express concern and offer constructive criticism.

What she did to his nose could possible kill him. That is a FACT. Rather you practice western medicine or Eastern medicine. Some people just don't get it and people see only what they want to see and believe only what they want to.

Those nose things look painful. I am not a fan of thumb skimming nose to remove acne pores but it is the esty choice. I understand that. I used a curved tweezer because I like that. 🤔♥️

@@sherriewilley, Not really sure on that other then it would be a really long video 😅 Have you ever watched Hien Van Spa? She’s the Best of the Best!! Actually I think she became a Doctor now. She just had a baby boy at the beginning of December. She is a Teacher. Has students milling around all the time watching taking notes asking questions. She also has English subtitles. When she has a new patient she will first diagnose the Client set up a treatment Plan and Start and follow this person until they are done also some of the treatments. She is very Expensive! She does make exceptions and helps with an Orphanage. Sorry I wrote a book to you answer 😅😉😷

Cleanliness is a huge thing in most Asian countries so I doubt that the patients are that close together. Also, the floor and beds must get cleaned regularly because some of this acne is basically contagious because it can be infected and it's basically expected that some will fall at some point.

They often do a treatment with steam blowing over the face but not close enough to burn.

I wish this channel would categorize the videos, maybe like ones with a lot of blood or if they focus on a specific part of the face like cheeks forehead lips or ears, super satisfying to watch of course! Just wish it was organized better.
Just turn the comments off and put an end to the incessant complaining from people who have nothing better to do with their time than try and bring down others. If you have nothing nice to say say nothing at all.

I think the problem isn't the negative comments but the rude attitude of those who comment. A negative comment can bring a positive outcome if it's stated politely and not rude and arrogant. There might be something right in the non positive comments that can help actually improve the spa but with rudeness every right they might had they lose it

I can't believe how the nose was mutilated.
She kept putting her thumbnail in the same place to squeeze so many times, that she cut the nose and bruised it so bad that it probably got infected.

The nose pore cleaning starts at 7:31. I expected more from that large cyst or boil in the middle of the nose but there was only so much she could dig.
Should have had it in beginning with just a hard squeeze--you could see it but instead kept picking it into oblivion and a big nasty.

Did you know that using the same needle (or the tools that u use) more than once on the same person over and over again (pimple after pimple) increases the chances of your client contracting hepatitis because when they bleed your transferring the blood from pore to pore, pimple to pimple. JS.. 🤦🏻♀️
