Eylul is a rebellious young girl who has changed schools many times and teachers do not want to deal with her. Her father does not even have a tear when he takes her from the last school she was expelled and beat her. However on that day all their lives will change. He leaves her with her grandmother in Marmaris where she have a small hostel. Ali Asaf Denizoglu is not known why he came as a successful doctor from Istanbul to a countryside village to be a teacher. Yet it is an extraordinary entity that will once touch the lives of people and change everything. This will save Eylul from the edge and make her a successful surgeon. Two lovers - yes, no mater how much they deny, Ali Asaf and Eylul fell in love. He leaves and years later they meet again as a two doctors. This is the story of the challenge of life as a surgeon of a girl who has begun to succumb to life, nothing but anger. A man who will give her the courage at the same time. It's a guide that keeps your hand and you can do it. The person we want all of us to have in our lives with all our heart will always keep our hopes of our dreams like Eylul. Of course with love .

Ali is the very first male protagonist in a turkish series that doesn’t have a temper.. He is the calmest the most understanding and very mature attitude. He won’t blink even if he’s angry..
I noticed that too! Most Turkish male leads (even if handsome) have anger issues, mistrust women or are damaged in some way. Ali is a refreshing change. In fact it's like a gender reversal because Eylul is more aggressive and damaged by her past, while Ali is cool and sweet-tempered.

Gokhan portrayal of Ali in this series, patient, well mannered, very understanding is the same attitude in his role as Ferit in Heart wound loving, understanding, willing, and pure natural.
Ferit is more aggressive than Ali though. Ali is absolutely calm and cool, while Ferit can get angry and has trust issues from his ex's betrayal. Gokhan has played both characters so well.

I think grey's anotomy and this one was a remake of a korean medical drama...Kalp atişi was surely the remake of Korean drama Doctor..But not sure about grey's anotomy, (read in some comments.)

I always searchd for the love series like ALA ,erkensi kus n kiralik ask .I watched this Hearbeat trailer many tym but just ignored it🤔🤔dnt know y.But during lockdown i m really enjoying,though there r so many operarion and surgeries 😀😀 n the shocking thing is Eylyul is using drilling machine on the road🤔🤔,doctors r cutting n doing all infront of all.like seriously.in which hospital it happens.
