At 0.16 seconds into the 1st video there's almost a minute that's been edited/erased from the dashcam, makes me wonder what cammer did to instigate the fight that ensued. You can clearly hear cammer taunting him (-wanna find out...wanna find out?) I'm not defending anybody for assault, it just seems ridiculous that the cammer had the opportunity to drive away but decided to taunt and shoot the guy with a pepper spray gun instead. WTF?!?! Try to tell that to my husband. He is a disabled vet and he drives just like him. #12 is an absolute nut, you’re not the state patrol or any equivalent and the driver did nothing unsafe while speeding by you, and instead of just going about your day you decided you had too much free time on your hands.

Even better not to use the horn at all in that case. Just brake. I never use the horn even if I have to do an emergency brake. It is annoying to the other user and to others around. Yes, I know they are in the wrong but I do not want to annoy them. I only use the horn if someone is reversing into me or changing lanes into me, not if I have to brake for people pulling infront of me.

#21 i guess it is different pedestrian law in Georgia. In Washington State you are required to yield to pedestrians at all times and all crosswalks.

Also, in WA state, you are required to stop with your entire car outside the crosswalk. It is, also, illegal to drive with an obscured windshield. Since his wipers appear to be inoperative, it is , also, illegal in WA state to operate a vehicle without operational windshield wipers. I am sorry his car was dented. That being said, it is less expensive than traffic tickets and increased insurance premiums. Moral of story, clear teh rain off your windshield, especially going through an intersection where you have things coming from multiple directions at the same time. Enough 'normal' distractions, not very intelligent to add in not being able to see where you are going.

there is a diff between not standing idly in front of traffic cheaters, and policing people who make mistakes. For instance, I would not get out of the way of traffic cheaters, but I won’t honk/yell at someone doing a mistake unless he puts me or someone elsin danger. And then, only for an instant. Ya know, to let them know. People who rage when someone honks at them need a psych evaluation.

I had to go back and watch to make sure of what I am about to say. Two kind of opposing things. First, IF (big if) there was a bike lane, he WOULD have had 'right of way'. Second, he was riding through the crosswalk. It is a crossWALK, not a crossRIDE. Since he was riding, he has to obey all the laws a car would have to obey. Cars cannot drive on sidewalks or crosswalks. Therefore, he did not have right of way. If he had dismounted and walked the bike across, THEN he would have had right of way. So, no bike lane and riding the bike where he was prohibited fro riding = idiot.

Yup, the other driver was wrong for brake checking and driving slower to piss the cammer off...but dang, don't damage your car and someone else's in the process.

Brother you can carry a gun in any state. You're thinking of concealed carry, which depending on the state requires a permit. But anyone can carry a gun openly on their hip.

@@TeamLumix 29 states allow permitless carry, so it's more than just Florida and Texas. And criminals don't follow laws. Not to mention that getting stabbed or beat with a bat is also unpleasant.
My point is that regardless of gun laws, you shouldn't act like an idiot and pick fights with people, especially if no harm was caused.

Actually in the US I just pretend that other people don’t exist unless I need to acknowledge their existence for good manners. Then there’s no small talk and only the other person might feel awkward silences.

I once saw someone passed out in their car at a major intersection near my home in LI NY once in 1991 or so, at around 1 a.m. I didn't stop. IF you ever see that shit, just call the cops. You have no idea what's going on there. Never engage with a mystery vehicle or someone passed out seemingly in their car. Could be a trap, too.
I hope you at least called someone. They could have been overdosing and died…
@@bethm5791 I don't recall that I did, because it looked like someone had been drinking or something, or just fell asleep. These were the days before cell phones. Probably some cop came along on patrol and dealt with it. These days I would have gotten on my cell and called it in.
