Man I'm all dodge but I do like them old fords. To live in a place where there is no rust wow. I'm in Canada very rare to find clean trucks like those.👍👍
I had a 69 highboy. Mine was sitting on old school Turbine wheels wrapped with 38x14.50x16.5 Super Swamper TSL's. I swapped in a 428 out of a Thunderbird and threw a cam in with a little more duration with a set of headers and a torker aluminum intake sucking through a 750 double pumper Holley. The front drums and big tires with no power steering with more engine made it even more of a scary death trap so I found a disc brake axle out of a 76. Definitely stopped straighter. The truck was stolen in the mid 90's and probably got a Vin tag swap and moved out of State because not a single part was ever found
I HAVE A 69 RANGER 250 HIGHBOY 4X4 1.5 MILLION PLUS MILES 390CC STILL RUNS GREAT ENGINE REBUILT SEVERAL TIMES 35X 12.50 X16.5 NEVER WRECKED NEEDS TLC ? PISMO BEACH, CA
What are those colors called? I used to have a 69 that looked just like that. Same colors. I recently picked up another one. Thinking about painting it the same colors as that.
I love the term Truck.....these are pick up utilities, not trucks. I am a lover of them, as I had a 1969 F100 for ten years, but, sorry, trucks are trucks, pick ups are pickups.
I have a ‘69 f250 ranger bison edition with a 460 that has the same paint combo but it’s in much worse condition, I plan to spend this summer cleaning up the paint, patching chips with matched paint, pulling dents and redoing the interior.
My kind of truck, I can't wait to see it with the steel wheels and tires!

Hearing the click of that old T19 4 speed is music to my ears, thats a beautiful truck 👍
It'd be a T18 back then, but it's a NP435 by the shift knob.
ita a NP435 for sure. i own this exact same truck in box wood grean and white
Super Nice originality. I wouldn’t change anything to take away from original. One like that is rare to come by. 💯
That 69 is in crazy good condition! Man, I love that truck. Todd the retired trucker.
Roman is a cool dude...
Wow. Mint. Glad to hear this guy wanting to put it back to original.
Bacl when a truck was a truck

Awesome original truck mate & another great video , well done 👍🏼
Love it. Beautiful color combo.
Nice truck! Another awesome video! What did this truck cost? Anyone have any idea what this thing is worth?
What are the colors, Boxwood and Newlime....
Beautiful truck.
4:39 I put that price into an inflation calculator and it came out to $27,605.20 which is still cheaper than a modern f250.
I’d love to know how much he paid for it ...? More than the $3k the old boy originally paid I’d say ...! !
Super luck , Johnny on the spot 🤗
What color combo is this? Boxwood Green and Wimbledon White? What a beauty!!!
Nice truck 👍

Can you email me SL@fordera.com i would love some more info
i think the most important original part to the trucks is the grill and espetialy if isnt dented in any spots if you get very lucky
What are those colors called?
I used to have a 69 that looked just like that. Same colors. I recently picked up another one. Thinking about painting it the same colors as that.
Is that the original height for a 69 highboy? It looks crazy high to me (love the stance). If the previous owner modified it...what did he do?
❤ Love it
Great truck... how much is worth???
Grandfather's truck.
I was always thought and told that a high boy was 76
1967 thru 1977 and a half
360 FE?
Yes... all Ford 360’s are 352 block FE’s
That is a bit of a truck. do you still have the truck
It sold
The first Ford Highboy was made in 1972 not 69.
Window visors.
