I have gotten down to the root of the original false belief that was created in childhood which was “I need to deny my own needs in order to receive love.” I have to say after a couple of months of doing this work I am already feeling SO much better!!! Thank you so much for acknowledging that anger can be healthy!* I am so tired of explaining to people (even counselors/therapists, sadly) that anger is an important step in moving out of shame and a feeling of powerlessness when processing abuse or traumatic events! In fact, I had to withdraw and move away from quite a lot of people because they would try and shame me for what was actually a breakthrough point in my healing journey.

Bears are in my dreams sometimes, so I chose card 2. I am getting ready to move on from my current living circumstances. The equity in the r will provide a debt free life of NO worries! When I first opened up to spirit 18 years ago I went to meet my doorkeeper. I felt overwhelmed with love and I heard the word Sirius. I had no Idea what it meant at the time and had to google it ❤️🙏 so was particularly drawn to these messages 🫶 thankyou ❤️ much gratitude 🙏🥰

Interesting that Sirius is actually a dog and there is a dog in pile 2. And also some stars and a bear. The bear reminds me of the great bear and small bear constellations linked to the North and (I think) Sirius is in the South. So something to do with finding one's North (or south?) Or I dunno, maybe I'm just tired 😂 but chose it for this reason.
