Very nice setup, the kit sounds fantastic. I wanted a TM-6 pro instead got a TD-17 because it just didn’t have enough inputs and for 3 zone ride cymbal. If I ever see one for a good price used I will definitely pick one up. The one shot sounds are fantastic and I really like the 3 knobs to help shape sounds on the fly.

Thanks! I’ve been going back and forth between the TM6 and a computer, and a 2box (that both sounds “better”) but the TM6, with all of its shortcomings, still wins everything- ease of use, triggering, reliability…really nice product.

I have the same type of set up using the Roland Archie 30 triggers having a hard time getting them set up in the module using acoustic heads wondering where your settings are at for your set up? Everything sounds amazing great stuff I need a little help for a live set up. I’m just working on all of the highbred acoustic stuff now will add some pads later. Thanks so much

Thanks! Let’s go from easy to hard- the pads have their settings- easiest to dial in- just use the presets for the mesh heads. Snare- I’m using a single trigger taped to the head- I had hard time dialing in the dual trigger, you can, but it takes some tweaking and you’d need to muffle the head a bit- also I didn’t want different sounds on the rim. Kick- I started with the preset and tweaked just a bit. Toms are the hardest to dial- really depend on how you play the toms. The bigger the drum, the more muffling you’d need- start with the trigger presets though.

Is that using the tascam US 800? Sounds dope.
