I surprisingly really like the well performed concept of Jevil having a quite serious voice. Actually makes him look like more interesting and deep character (although he's been already one of my favs). Keep the series up, man! :)
I know most people see Jevil as a childish lier that tricks the players but really, Jevil never lies or tricks anyone, he tells the honest truth but depending on if you take the blind point of view and see the game as a world as Susie and Ralsei do vs seeing the game for what it is, one could argue either way, though that is not the point, my friends, the point is that Jevil is a far more intelligent being then many suspect, he views his world as we do, as the players do... He's seen the past and he knows of the future... We do not, Jevil is not restricted by the segregation of the others, he has the power of all four suits and is the only one capable of defeating Seam in the games they would play... And we all know how old he is in comparison to the others... So if Jevil is smart enough to beat an old man like him, can you really say Jevil is only an unhinged child... Or perhaps... is it all of US who cannot see the truth?
I've read the comic of this on Tumblr a few times, and I'm so freaking hyped that it's getting dubbed!! Definitely gonna be one of the ones watching this soon. X3

Well since he already pronounced 'sob' literally he may as well say 'tisk'. If he's going to pronounce everything like that then I guess it could be a trait of a character :) But then I'm expecting 'sigh' to be pronounced literally too xD
theres two ways to say it depending on the contex of the person saying it. the sound is a more sincere version, though still very snarky. often done to tease (innocently or in a mean way) with an actual emotion attatched. saying "tisk tisk" however is something done specifically to make a show of emphasis. often in cases of those who dont care either way how you respond or feel, and want to be clear in the vocabulary, even though they dont care if the other person is smart enough to know. one is mean or teasing on purpose the other is being mean or teasing but not considering it mean because they honestly couldnt give a shit if it were, or they are just so neutral that they dont believe it is mean to be this cold and snarky. both is for their own amusement however
