I think that has to come first. Honest mutual physical attraction is an important factor for a healthy relationship.

This is simple. You are a reflection of what you attract. If you find that you are not attracted to the types of girls that like you, that means you need to level-up in some manner. Once you do that, you'll notice that the kind and caliber of women that like you are ones in which you are more attracted to. Basically, self-improve until you get "better results".
