HIL is from my hometown, I’ve seen them too many times to count and I’ve never been disappointed. It does destroy my heart one of the founding guitarist McKenzie Bell passed away just recently (4/26), but he will forever be jamming the hardest riffs and destroying drum set in the after life. Rest easy my big beautiful bearded man🖤❤️

Back when i was a kid a group of church ladies and my mom burned my all my rock records in the backyard and thought I was possessed because i was listening to metal/rock. Looking back it was kinda traumatic and kinda messed me up a lil thinking I was a defect. I’m not mad at god but i had a dislike of organized traditional evangelical church. Anyhoo my uncle’s bought all my records again that were burned ! Thanks Tio’s !!

These guys seem to have settled into a sound that has evolved from how they started and I really like it. I like it a lot.
The drums and artistry are totally underrated. He is legend is blue collar metal at nearly the highest level.
Everything these guys touch is gold; I hope they keep making music for years to come!

one of the few bands i really call underrated, as they even call themselves. quality-wise you should be up with bigger bands, your videos should get like a few million views in my opinion. not 10 million, but atleast finally get across that 500k or 1 million mark. you deliver such good stuff all these years, no idea what the problem is. white bat is one of the best produced albums i have ever heard, which is needed to really pump that bass tone and the rest of the instruments. its a 9/10 for me, which is a high as fuck rating for my standards. the only bad thing is that its too short. whenever you release something it should be close to an hour, i personally can only really sink into something if its close to being too long, but not too long. i want albums to feel looong.

Suck out the poison blew my mind, its my favorite. I remember these boys getting hell for that album and I couldn't understand why. Great song!!!
mike moavero I think it was mostly due to his sudden voice change. I love the album but I admit I was taken aback at first when his voice was more raspy, as opposed to their “I Am Hollywood” album.
Either way, there’s a lot of great tunes to be had with “Suck Out The Poison”!

Album is amazing. It's as perfect as i am Hollywood imo. Still different but the quality is amazing. I like that there's actually growling vocals again. Overall I'm glad this band is still making great music.

Saw these guys with maylene and the sons of disaster at warped in 07 and ima tell you what between them and he is legend ive never been to a more aggresively brutal show. Ive seen cannibal corpse, whitechapel etc.... and with them i just came out drenched in sweat but Maylene and Legend i xame out with a broke nose, dislocated shoulder and bruised ribs.... fucking awesome
