Some architects /interior designers just don’t want to reveal the costs.😒

Central cooling is too expensive and usually maintenance is an issue. Lastly, this house was designed and built for the client; so I guess that’s his preference.

Cause with split units you can cool or warm just the area you in then having a heavy bill for unused areas. Come on guys give the guy a break its a lovely home and bringing you into modernity instead of a square shack looking block house

As an chief architect and designer I would really give you a thumbs up but I think you could do better by applying light shades in the bathroom too and make it more worth

Yes! I thought I nooo that can't be an AC unit, and then they were everywhere. I felt hot just looking at the video, seeing the ceiling fans on🥴
