I learned that East Harlem once used to be Italian Harlem until 1950s post war economic boom and neighborhood started to absorb Puerto Rican influx. Now neighborhood seems to be more diverse. I guess New York City always changes like people come in and come out.
Hi Manny..!! Thanks for this nice walk in East Harlem.🥀What was the name of the restaurant you ate dinner? The food looked delicious. Sometimes the best food is at the smaller places since the food is cooked by the owner and they make it authentic. Lots of new apartments going up and old ones being renovated, which is always a good sign!!🌲
