    very good video, I have it as CD and was happy to see it here, unfortunately there is problem with voice being unilateral heard on one side only.

      I don't know what you mean, but the answer to my question above is; eccentric hypertrophy occurs due to volume overload. haha

      Why would there be increased stroke volume?
