Hi there. I did similarly as in video. I was holding power button and volume down. It didnt displayed options (like power off or reboot and etc) when screen turned off i switche from volume down button to volume up button while holding power button. I released power button when "samsung" was displeyed and i was still holding volume up button. But then android logo came and phone just rebooted. All of this was done while chatging the phone. Can you please help. I just bought this phone and now i forgot password
Omg, I am in the same situation as you, I try to restart it, I follow all the steps and it only takes me to the home screen, were you able to fix it? I am considering a technical service but I don't know if it can be solved
Caranya pakai kabel data ke laptop tersambung asal ngecas aja, terus tombol on/off + volume bawah sudah mati pindah tombol volume atas nanti masuk ke factory reset gampang banget

Veo que primero dejas presionado boton encendido + boton volumen abajo y al reiniciarse sueltas los dos botones y nuevamente dejas presionado boton encendido + boton abajo?.... En otros tutoriales dicen que nunca se debe soltar boton encendedio y solo hacer el cambio del boton abajo por el botón arriba?, eso me confunde
Disculpa la molestia pero si lo pudiste solucionar? Veo que ya paso un mes de tu comentario y realmente estoy preocupada por perder mi nuevo dispositivo
@@aleidyarlert.2631 hola perdón no había tenido tiempo... Si lo resolvi y si son los pasos a seguir... El unico inconveniente que yo tenia es que el teléfono es bien especial con los cables, no cualquiera lo reconoce. Lo hice con un original de Motorola y no lo reconoce, pero después lo hice con un generico que me costó como $15 pesos en la calle y ese si lo reconoce... Que extraño 🙄
