Técső Banda at Kertem: full set

The Técső Banda playing outdoors at Kertem, Budapest, Sept. 6 2009. From Tjaciv, western Ukraine, they are from a Gypsy family of Hutsul/Ruthene musicians with a remarkably broad repertoire: Hutsul Ukrainian, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, Russian, and Jewish music. Singer Yura Chernovetz is possibly the best drummer in the carpathians. Check out their CDs on Ethnophone Records.
