9:54 that's so obvious that a Premiere League of English Cricket should target the UK market. That's why the best is for Counties to start their own EPL with 2 divisions, 2nd div obviously all the non FC Counties & the 1st div must be all the FC Counties with top 2 Counties from div 2 so they'd have a stake in it too. Of course open it up for Scottish & Irish Cricketers with each team in both divisions having at least one from either team. But it seems the Counties may just give up to ecb & become irrelevant completely.
