For myself, I am like Andrew, I like to hear all sides of one's point of view. As a Canadian, I feel not so alone in my thoughts on what is happening in and around the world. I think my fears are also your fears. I love the diversity of your Vlog as I learn so much about what you are about and others. I am old enough about Irealand and all its bothers over the years. I think people need to know how and where their food source comes from. Around the world, we should be well informed, we all could be and do better. Thanks for sharing.
Such an informative podcast on numerous subjects. Really enjoyed it and still such fun. I could feel the pressure from Andrew re the quiz 😂😂😂 well done again folks 👍😊
😂 Where I used to live in Saskatchewan, Canada, a small field is 160 acres (1/4 section). They farm in sections (640 acres). We are a huge country after all. Love your podcasts!!❤❤❤
Heh, you have Canadian subs too! I have to share that I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS PODCAST. GOOD ON YOU BOTH. Your guest today was the best yet. I learned so much..succession is a very serious matter these days everywhere. More talking on this subject is warranted. Thankyou again.
Afternoon Cammy and Iona FANTASTIC podcast, I follow Andrew and Farming Theory Iona's power shower is brilliant 👏 The badge could be:- Fed By Farmer's which could symbolise Free But Fragile in Iona's case, bless her sheltered existence I never knew about pineapples 🍍, guessing I'm as sheltered as Iona lol An extremely tangential discussion, but educational and as always entertaining I sure miss your Friday catch-up Nearly only 2 years behind now on The Sheep Game too I've breathing difficulties emphysema, your point on dust masks is essential, however you really need partical filter mask 😷 not just a snood, oh n clean shaved to seal Take care all Geoff
Brilliant , a very intelligent fella with a very informative RUclips channel. Well team you have certainly covered a lot of tangents in his one , and there a lot of different Irish accents but you have made me laugh and done us proud and a 'Power shower ' is much better than 'top of the morning '.And Cammy pampas grass in a garden used to denote swingers lived there .😂
I am just sitting here thinking about all that this podcast has brought up and the takeaway comment was “ in Omaga we have a Catholic and Protestant subway “ I think that this was the saddest thing I have heard in along time . I live in the south of Ireland and maybe because we now rarely hear about the north in the news we think it has changed and in truth it hasn’t, they have just stopped killing each other.
Poor Iona - I never used to watch the news when I was her age, up until I suppose I was in my 50s, and those topics would have freaked me out, too! Although I watch the news now, I balance it by only really watching sitcoms on the TV (and your podcast and Dalscone Farm on RUclips)! 🤣Puts me at a disadvantage with the quiz as I don't know any films!🤣
I had flu at 37. I was so sick and my provider told me to take a week off work. With a family of five to feed I only took two days off and went in to work sick. I started getting my vaccine every year after that.
Another great podcast, with another fantastic guest...on the chat around AI and its ability to create people, maybe its actually better than you think as there is many a farmer out there wandering about that sadly has suffered the loss of a finger or two and maybe they are just using it as a platform to highlight the importance of health and safety across the industry!
Where I am a 60 count of eggs here is $15.00 . There is a RUclips channel called Carbon Cowboys . It's here in America and some of the farmers are doing rotations of the fields their animals are on so they don't have to use any chemicals or anything and it makes the soil richer and they don't need to buy hay .
1:13:51 How to stop a farmer influencer in one sentence… call them a hobby farmer 😂 Andrew you’re a wise farmer standing out from the crowd. Great podcast.
Brilliant podcast Iona and Cammy lovley to hear Andrews point of view dont agree with all he said, especially about the next generation and not wanting them look at farming as a career, its a difficult job no doubt but so is any job ,your heart has to be in it no matter what job you do.what I found very sad was the comment from the man about doing to the farmers what thatcher did to the miners but what all these people forget is there is only one months supply of food available at any given time so if you are importing all your food you could easily find yourself in a very sticky situation and without food very quickly, strikes imbargos poor crops wars etc. The northern Ireland situation is a sticky one but things change and its sad that schools are still segretated but in time things will change on this front also
A.I ing on BBC is shocking right now!! I've listened to a particular voice all my life... (51) Also watched and learned from this fella! Some of these animals don't even look right, never mind move right! As for the religion Circus.......Great Podcast as Per!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻❤️🐑
Need a Fed by Farmers brooch to signify that you're single. It'd be a double bonus - means you've found someone single who also likes Fed by Farmers!!!!
what an interesting if at times scary interview, I cannot get my head round that andrew is going to be unable to replace his cow shed, Would this mean the end of farming in the future if you cant build a shed s
Looking back loved growing up on a dairy farm but it is 24/7 and the farmer basically is doing it for the lifestyle not the money ❤ That said don’t know what is a good job thankful approaching retirement 😂 Goal used to be a hobby farm or a farm that would be rented out 😂 NOW????
Are nukes real? Do they exist? As I've heard it there's over 120.000 nukes. It's nine countries and they're there to i inspire fear and keep in line. Question.... how did nagasaki and hirishima get re built if it's supposed to be radioactive for hundreds of years?
Investing £50,000 in the S&P 500 two decades ago would have grown to approximately £256,000 by now, assuming all dividends were reinvested. This estimation is based on the S&P 500's average annualized return of about 10.2% from 2003 to 2023. INVESTOPEDIA Here's a breakdown of the calculation: Initial Investment: £50,000 Average Annual Return: 10.2% Investment Period: 20 years
Fentanyl is here but it’s a pain killer I use a patch every 3 days for my jaw (need a new one , jaw that is) but I’ve never heard anyone cutting coke with it 😂
Disagree with Andrew’s comments on farmers discouraging younger generations from farming, there’s money to be made,if it’s managed well, there’s a lot of harder occupations with worse pay. Andrew is not fully committed to his farm when he spends so much time with other business lines, that’s the problem. Anybody self employed has to put in the hours.
Talking from across the pond but why not have no voting shares with dividends in the farm So the guy who does the work makes the decisions and when the parents die the tax man can’t bankrupt a farmer
I'm American but I don't do drugs or smoke or drink . Some idiots decided it was ok to legalize marijuana . Now we have so many druggies . Never been tempted to try any of it . I miss living in small towns .

To be clear, I love this podcast, but it is one that I use to escape American politics and the election that didn't go how I had hoped. Cammy and Iona make me laugh every week and for that I am grateful.
Brilliant interview - as we’ve come to expect. Thank you.
Loved this podcast! Interesting guy to listen too. Iona, another great laugh!
Oh my , what a sensible lad. The Irish voice was so wonderful and also knowledgable. Well done guys it s always a great show.❤💕
Great podcast again Cammy. Glad you’ve mellowed on the United Ireland comment. It took Andrew to settle the whole thing down 😁
Another great podcast. Interesting topics. Andrew is a lovely guy to listen to

Lidl and Aldi sell Irish butter and cheese here in the US. And Scottish and other British cheese seasonally, but Irish year round.

Poor Iona will be needing therapy after that but very interesting and funny 😂. Farmer Pete is discussing this tomorrow (Tuesday) on the 636 club.
Once again fantastic podcast guys . Extremely random in parts but I suppose that's what you get with Cammy and Andrew in the same room 😂

And the original Coca-Cola had actual coca in it.
I've heard that about Coca Cola!
Watch a chat with ai by inspired. It's quite fascinating too from about a month ago in four vids.
Right, Let sleeping dogs lie
Andrew managed to set up some financial plan which avoids him being subject to inheritance tax. So, what's the problem with the new inheritance tax ?
If it was that easy the government wouldn’t waste HMRCs doing it
