I’ve been wanting to try chlorophyll but wanna make sure I get a good one. What brand is yours and where do you get it?
Also, I’m dealing with the same thing with my kids when it comes to eating. I make them nutrient dense smoothies, especially on days when they don’t want to eat much.
A good tip is not giving her juice or any liquids while she eats… liquids tend to fill you up fast and kids like sweet stuff. If you tell her she can have juice after she finishes everything on her plate then she will probably be more willing to finish everything on her plate for that cup of juice 😂❤

Hey girly! I did this with my daughter it may work with yours.. Try not to give amoura anything to drink while she is having dinner. Encourage her to eat more and juice will be her reward once she has eaten enough.
Try pediasure for her picky eating 😊
On days when she's picking over her food, give her ensure milk so she still gets her nutrients for the day.
