This interview on Arise TV with Pa Dan Ulasi is one of the most insightful I have ever watched, providing a deep understanding of how the Nigerian system operates. Pa Ulasi's perspective, emphasizing the importance of using every available means (COMMON SENSEN) to achieve one's goals, resonated strongly with me. His advocacy for employing common sense in navigating the complexities of the Nigerian landscape is both practical and enlightening. This interview is a must-watch for anyone seeking to grasp the intricacies of Nigeria's socio-political environment.
The funny thing is a lot of people including the interviewers are missing the point. The term common sense came in when he spoke about tinubu's possibility of inciting the protest for personal gains. How they couldn't understand that that is possible is what I don't know. Who do they think is sponsoring the killings in the north? And all forms of insecurities? Is it not the govt? Truth is in a country where the justice system is dead and Law enforcement polluted, no govt genuinely cares weda it's recorded in his regime that people died or not, protested and were killed or not etc. The intention of that man citing these instances was to enlighten the public that while the president and the current sitting govt maybe acting clueless and dumb, they are very smart people and super intentional with the turn of many events strategically especially the president himself and I have studied him to affirm this truth. Nyesom wike on the other hand is stepping on the shoes of the president....he seems to have taken tinubu as a full course. The kind of common sense being mentioned in this context is what I would like to call smartness governed by selfishness, greed and a bad conscience. When it comes to the masses, they play dumb...but when it comes to their selfish desires...you can tell how smart they are. Wike's infrastructural dev of pH was a strategy for his presidential campaign. It had nothing to do with his character or integrity. These bunch of people are strategists and strategists are manipulatively smart.

Very interesting interview, chief Dan ulasi,a veteran politician tat has seen it all from d days of military transitions, sdp vs NRC,coming to 1999,a political diary of events, himself an action in d game& is good hearing reeling out issues.Very intelligent, even when Akpati& Rufai tried boxing him to d corner,d couldn't success,he has a ready made answers,so smart& eloquent & always stood by his words
this is by far, the wisest politician arise has ever interviewed. I really learned a lot from watching this. Kudos to everyone involved
I enjoy listening to this knowledgeable and articulate man Chief Ulasi .RufaiI it seems like your emotions may have influenced your response in this instance.
Chief Dan is a living asset. He is all encompassing, very forthright intellectually and historically factual, calm and accurate. This interview should be well documented.
Prof. Ulasi, you are great. Keep coming to Arise TV. It's just that with all the common sense of tinubu, he does not even know what to do after grabbing it and running away with it.
What this Elder State Man says here is fantastic. He promoted Nnewi, balance relationship of the Igbos, with the Hausas/Fulanis and Yorubas, by how he addresses issues about Tinubu, Atiku and how he also balance situations with or about Nyesom Wike. Powerful Analysis.
Common sense Tinubu used is, 1. he steal public funds when he was senator, governor etc.
2. He joined the ruling party and
3. He bribed INEC chairman.
Old Tinumbu is not suppose to be president but he didn't join ruling party
Exactly what I wanted to say... nothing special about him, if not the help of apc he's not intelligent, yes
He also bribed the Supreme Court Judges. He is bribing as we speak to prevent the planned PEACEFUL protest.

4. Put sponsored his fellow crooks and criminals into strategic positions, in different states and levels
Chief Ulasi is swimming in a pool of knowledge and experience.. his analogy and explanations were aptly, i can listen to him all day.. May he remain blessed
GOD bless you for this your first statement, if they have put all effort they have put within this four days things would have been better off
I love you so much Rufai. The best journalist in Nigeria.
Ruffai was almost annoying me because he didn't even allow the guest to lecture us all. I guess Ruffai was beaten today by common sense theology
I really do not know what to say because I am not a politician and I hate politics concerning how Nigerian politicians behave. But I am just impressed with the way Chief Dan Ulasi comported himself answering questions wisely with his experience in politics and how he has known and studied Nigerian politicians. I really admire his historical knowledge and also how he talked about *common sense*. Well done Arise TV
The use of common sense here is correct by chief Ulasi. Google definition of common sense is
good sense and sound judgement in practical matters.
And chief gave good examples to portray his argument.
Arise remain my best station you guys are intelligent.
If anyone should write books or deliver lectures about Nigeria's politics, then, it is Elder Statesman Dan Ulasi. He knows so much.
I came here for the history lessons abeg!!! More importantly, I hope people listened to what he WAS NOT SAYING.
Wow, it's amazing we still have Men like this in our country! I've learned so much about Nigerian politics, more than I ever knew in my entire life.
This is a man Nigerians called to lead.
Very intelligent and he can read people mind.
Abeg who is this man??? So much wisdom and grit. Na this kind of person should tell us how to play politics
Arise TV is becoming a funny station, they're so biased to the people they don't like.
Thank you Chief Dan for educating them, mostly Rufai Oseni.
Chief Dan Ulasi, man of truth, honesty and integrity. The man that speaks truth to power no matter whose ox is gored. God bless and keep you Chief Ulasi.
Chief Ulasi is a compendium of historical knowledge. Long live sir
Criminality must not be idolized NO matter how we paint it .😮
Facts! Only few understand this interview 😅😅😅
Here's a history lesson, but unfortunately, policymakers have discontinued history classes in secondary school. Rufai should keep quiet; elders are talking.
We need more of this man and people with his experience and exposure to our politics
This man always speaks truth to power. Always pleasure to listen to him. JMO
I love listening to this man. Very straightforward!!!
Dr Ulasi should come back for another interview he nailed it all

Seeing and hearing him for the first time.
OH my GOD.. Chief DAN ULASI.. i am hailing and still hailing your intelligence, prowess, and eloquence... Thank you sir..
Chief Dan Ulasi where have you been all this while, to make these wonderful people at Arise to be short of words. Please chief you are invited to Arise again, infact you remind me of chinua Achebe. You should be Nigerian foreign embassador. Well done for your skills of maneuvering discussion. 😂
Which nonsense are you talking
I enjoyed this interview 100% how I wish you would allow him more time to speak.. wow..... Wow... This is so interesting
Buhari single handedly destroyed Nigeria economy along side with Emefiele and humanitarian minister... Buhari isn't fit to be a ward Councilor
And ur governors are not among!!
Chief Ulasi is a very intelligent and understanding man.. Amazing man.
Rufai knows how to get best from an interview 👏
Dr Rufai. God bless you 🙏
