I have some feedbacks from my recent unsuccessful interviews on mid-level role in as Commercial Manager/Finance Business Partner. For example, comparing to other candidates I was not thinking enough in a big picture, they felt if I dealt with their executives I wouldn’t be outspoken or confident enough.

I have a interview for an officer in the indian army.. I failed in written exams 5 times and this is my last attempt what should be my answer to tell them as reason of getting failure in previous attempts? Please help
I aways think it is best to be honest as much as possible and show you have learnt or improved since then. Always back up you points with evidence to demonstrate what you are saying is true. Did you get feedback from your previous attempts? You should seek to get this as it will enable you to form a good response.
