When you tax carbon…. High carbon users move their business south such as data centers. The tax is early in the game so there are markups on markups on markups. For instance, fertilizer delivered to a farm has ti move by truck. By the time that tax makes it to the food price in a grocery store, it might be 10 or 20 times the original tax
