    Some people suggest while doing Dhyan we should concentrate only on breath no sound should be generated please suggest right way

      The concentration upon breath is to initialise in order to gather our scattered awareness at one point... but thereafter the actual beginning happens; And that may be with sound or some other kind of inner contemplation known and understood as Dharna

    Sir,mera beta 13 saal ka hi aur ADHD child hi, ati chanchal hi,sthir ni baithta hi,aur gussa bhut karta hi,pesence bilkul ni hi usme kisi bhi kaam me focus ni karta hi,mai pareshan hu kya karna chahiye

    Sir I lost my father two months back ....he he was very healthy and fit. Not able to digest his passing away ...am not ready to believe that he lived and died like any other person ...because I know he lived for others and loved by one and all....he was a karam yogi ...I believe he had some spiritual calling that’s why he left for his heavenly abode ...it all happened so quickly .....I am looking for some answer ...from you ...please..🙏🙏🙏🙏 am not able to believe that he is not with us ...

      That is not at all easy to accept and digest. Especially things happen in a sudden manner beyond any one's expectation. No consolation works in such a situation. But one thing Rimmi I shall mention for you to consider. For a specific time period our beloved departed ones are understood to be around us till they move onwards for their further journey... And during that period they participate in our experiences through their subtle presence. If you are calm then they too remain calm and easily move onwards. If you are in deep anguish and pain then they too undergo the same experience for they are connected. For their goodness it is better to remain calm and pray for their further journey. And that is the only thing now you can do for them... That is all I have to say... Now coming back to Why? that happened. I shall answer that later after few days. First, you do the aforementioned .

      Gita Online I am trying my level best not to be sad for I know he too will be sad ...life is as usual.... we r back to our usual routine but things will never the same again and he has left a vacuum in our lives .No one can take the place of a father and a daughter knows that better.

    Sir,
    In your lesson no 1 you have told about the importance of time and place for meditation that has to be same but in my case as I have to travel i can't keep the place same on every day but time i am adhering
    Can you please help

      Do what ever is possible. If you have to travel a lot then you need not worry about the fixed place of meditation but try to maintain regularity as far as possible
