Hi! Is this directional? How do I change the direction if my door is opposite from yours? Thanks.
Just Install the lock in the opposite direction instead of right turn it left wiring is all same
Why is the turnpiece not in the same orientation as the bolt!?! Having it locked when the turnpiece is vertical is backwards!
Set the code. Then it opens closes and then of on of on of on. With the deadbolt going in and out one 1/4" until I eventually take the battery out. No troubleshooting guide for this. What do I do. . Garbage?
Adding an additional code is complicated. Followed the directions without success
Just skip buying it in the first place...complete junk
