Not sure if you'll be able to see this, but you're a blessing to the world. Thank you for your content, this channel, and your passion that shines through.
Hello from Cheshire, UK. Many musicians didn’t expect to do RUclips and my WHOLE RUclips channel is filmed on iPhone and now edited on my iPad with LumaFusion - brilliant interview.
PS, I like your channel by the way. I went to have a look, and found I was already subscribed - then I realised it was you that did an awesome video on live streaming for musicians 😎
Very interesting! 👍🏻👏🏻👍🏻 I could listen to two power women. Great. 👏🏻👍🏻👏🏻 Have you also got tutorials for mixing on Logic from scratch? Would be very interested in that?
I just found this in a search, and I'll be catching up on many of your other videos! This is helpful for the basics--and seeing what can be done with just a few tools. If I want to bring in other singers/musicians on other tracks (as in Abi's choir/chorus), what do I need to send them such as basic tracks, and sample parts (and in what format)? What hardware/software do my collaborators need to have to continue the process and send back to me? Do they have to have identical software? Thanks!
HI, I was watching and vid of yours about drums on reaper, you mentioned cakewalk tt1 in the instruments section on reaper, if you buy the license key, does cakewalk become free, I can't find it on my reaper instrument's, thanks in advance
Hi when I made that video I didn't realise until after that I had TT1 because I had installed a free copy of Cakewalk that came with that plugin. I then made a subsequent video using a free drum kit ruclips.net/video/JZe-CKu2G-o/видео.html Even if you were to pay for Reaper you still wouldn't get that TT1 thing. But there are loads of drum plugins around. Hope that helps
Very interesting especially using a smartphone for her camera. I was hoping for a simpler solution for her videos than using Final Cut Pro. Maybe you can make a video on how the keyboard tutors livestream or make videos and get the multiple views. They typically have a front shot of them talking. Then a overhead of the keyboard to show them playing and now very popular is they will also have the screen from the Chordie app that show the notes on the staff and names chords. Sometimes they even put up a view of the PDF of the sheet music. So be great to know how they put all multiple camera views and Chordie output one the screen at once for live streaming to RUclips and etc. Her comment about other Americans doing multi vocal music and videos I agree with. When she said it immediately Jacob Collier came to mind, BTW his British. I admire Jacob for his musical knowledge, multi-instrument and vocal abilities, and excellent recording skills, BUT the end result I find boring. Jacob's music is so over processed and produced all the life in the music is gone it's too perfect. In fact I find the videos of Jacob doing his live show way better than his recordings. What's the old saying... just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Thanks again for all your video always learn something.
Thanks for your comments! The suggestion about how to make the keyboard videos/streams with multiple views, chords etc is interesting. Can you link me to someone who you think has done a good job of this, and I'll study it and see if I can put something together!
@@MusicRepo Here is one he doesn't use the Chordie music staff but has the MIDI keyboard onscreen showing the note names. ruclips.net/video/FMAAWqYU_eU/видео.html Here's is another video at about 3:00 point they popup the full Chordie with the music staff and the notes. ruclips.net/video/2B5f-MLlmQY/видео.html Here's one with a lot at the same time. ruclips.net/video/KCV7XOXzHjw/видео.html Many of the piano tutors pop these type element up and down and not constantly on the screen. I hear them mention multiple software packages to split the screen. Some I know have small home video switchers and set them next to them to control what's onscreen. I was hoping to find something basic. Thanks.

Wow. Basic tools but talent makes everything work.
Yes, that is so true!

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. How do you transfer video from phone to computer and edit / sinc with the audio? X

A lot of detail was left out. Can you do a video of how it's all connected together using your phone?

disappointing video thought it was about how to make split screen music videos
