Sir thanks for your detailed review of this full hybrid version. I had a plan to buy this full hybrid but considering the mileage and other factors as mentioned it’s not worth for money. Too expensive. But I have to test the smart hybrid. As you said it’s not a powerful car bse I’ve the same engine configuration in Brezza and it’s not good for hill drive with full load. I tested the car in Ooty and Kanthaloor , Kerala… the car was under power and it got struggled while claiming in the steep hill. Maruti became very expensive in terms of service and price. So decided to go with Creta and according to me it’s worth for money and drivability is too good when it compared to Brezza. Pls suggest.

100% high end costing around 24 l and not worth for it. Sun roof very poor. 19 l u can buy Seltos or creta and for remaining 5 l you can drive up to 1 l km .

Thank you very much for your clear explanation about this vechicle in practical manner not as story. now we have clear understanding about this hybrid variant.But the cost seems high in this segment. and also the technology is new to the indian market. we are not sure about the maintenance cost. we cant buy this vechicle only for the milage rest of the attributes also we have consider before buying. Birla , the specification says Front brake as Ventilated Disc and Rear brake as Solid Disc. Please clarify. Also how did you find it in comparison with Honda City eCVT?

For mild hybrid capability(so called strong hybrid as claimed by maruti) paying 24 lacs IS 200% NOT WORTH BUYING. If it is real strong hybrid (which means plug in charging capability with more than 15 kwh battery along with IC engine) it is worth buying for 24 lacs. Or just go for full EV of Tata make, if the range is not a real concern. Everyone should analyze and take right decisions before buying.
Battery cost nearly 7L. Warranty only 4 years. Is that worth of buying Tata? Already they have worst service network and technology, also worst 3 cylinder engines.

Creta or seltos will far better than this vitara and hyryder... These Can achieve 25kmpl in city but in highway only 20kmpl.. Rear seat space and comfort is very poor.. Still creta or seltos is best in this category..
Your kmpl is completely misleading with 20 kmpl this car is definitely giving 24 kmpl in all driving condition and nobody drives the maruti car in 130 km/hr as shown in odo, please do some sensible review when it comes to maruti!
Better go for Brezza only the size is different as engine specs s same … we can get top variant for 15L in brezza while grand vitara we can get top for 19L … full hybrid 22L which again is waste of money .. brezza u can get minimum 15-16 mileage here u can get 13 max due to weight of vehicle

Ventilation means holes in disc, solid disc no holes, holes help reduce heat build-up
