Regarding heroes being allowed to TP after doom, it's kind of ok if you know what youre doing. Dont use E as long as they are doomed. They dont regen anyway and the doom damage is very high even at lvl 1. If they TP below 25 percent health they still die at fountain.

i love rushing shivas on doom. literraly powerhouse of an item, it gives stats, armour, regen, slow enemy, amp spell dmg, and fucking reduce regen. holy shit this item is op even after nerf
